Accommodations

Travel and accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However a number of discounted bedrooms have been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Muscat. Please call the hotel directly on Tel: + 968 24660660 and quote booking reference IQPC to receive your discounted rate, prices start from 120 OMR excluding taxes but including breakfast. There is limited availability so we do encourage attendees to book early to avoid disappointment.

Please see the below step by step instruction in obtaining a room reservation from Crowne Plaza website from the 25th till 29th March 2012.

Step 1: Go to CP website – www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/cp/1/en/hotel/mschc

Step 2: Go to Check Availability and type arrival date on 25th March departure on 29th March 2012.

Step 3: Type the Group Code – QP3

Step 4: Click Check Availability, it will show the room rate for IQPC

Step 5: Select the type of room and click reserve

Step 6: Enter the information needed and the credit card number then click Confirm Reservation.

All non-named rooms will release on 4th March 2012. Any booking requests which are received after this date will be offered at the best available rate and rooms are subject to availability.

The group booking links will only work if the group booking code is in UPPER CASE. Please ensure your group codes are changed to UPPER CASE.
